Friends, let us never grow so jaded that we cease to giggle whenever dirty words are uttered on national television. I know this is all political and about alleged crimes committed at the highest levels of our government, but come on. This woman said BJ! But the real word! On TV! Or at least MSNBC! Can’t we just take a moment and enjoy it? The pottymouth is blogger Marcy Wheeler, and while she may not be as creative a curser as Sasha Foo, we have to admire her forthrightness.
The best parts are the anchors apologizing on Wheeler’s behalf, all “We’re sure she’s sorry,” when in reality she’s not the least bit sorry. She wanted to say ‘blowjob’ on TV! And honestly, who doesn’t? We think ‘blowjob’ should be the new ‘baba booey’ for all call-in talk shows.
