The addition of Paris Hilton can’t make us hate your latest cold open lip sync, Craig Ferguson, although you seem to be daring us to. Well, forget it! The world needs puppets, and staffers dressed in tinfoil, and skanking it up with Hilton won’t keep us from our whimsy fix.
Seriously, though, we’ve asked this question before about Ferguson’s many lip syncy cold opens, but how long can he be lauded for his originality when he keeps doing the same thing over and over? We’re on board the puppet train for now, but just because late night shows repeat stuff over and over doesn’t mean the nation will love it. Right, Jaywalking?
