We’d never accuse local news of participating in cynical fakery. Sure, the occasional fake bear or fake birthday greetings, that’s fine. But would local news ever sink to the depths of fake fighting with Joan Rivers, who is now hovering around 83% fake herself? We hope not.
Joan was on Good Day Sacramento this morning, and in case you, unbelievably, weren’t watching, one of the hosts made a crack about Melissa. Joan ended the interview and warned dude “not to be so f*cking smart”. Even though Joan was pimping her new TV Land show How’d You Get So Rich, this almost seems like a stunt for Comedy Central’s upcoming (August 9th) Joan Rivers roast. You tell us. Is this real?
