Hooray for Halloween! There’s a nip in the air, an eerie wind, and a mysterious howl in the distance. So before you put on your slutty bustier and pussy ears– it wouldn’t be Halloween without our favorite cartoons reminding us how fun it was to be a dumb, gullible kid with a sack full of candy. The is a hilarious classic episode of “Popeye” featuring Bluto and Popeye sitting petulantly, and Olive Oil literally leaping out of her stalkings.

“Old people are mean and weird.” That’s what I’ve been trying to say!
8. “Scooby-Doo” — “The Headless Horseman of Halloween” (1976)
While nearly any Scooby-Doo works for Halloween, this one’s set at a Halloween party. What could possibly happen?
7. “SpongeBob Scaredypants Halloween” (1999)
